At Napier Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all stakes, poles, and instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
